Cute, entertaining and heartwarming story At first i have mix feeling about FL. Almost annoyed at her naiveness, or her frantic reactions to little things, an overly sensitivity and nervousness. But as story goes on I get why they portray her like that. The extra power for FL is not her strengths but her curse. She almost losses her father when she gains this power, almost like an unfair trade of, or a punishment. The first person she reveals this secret to runs away from her. So she feels this is something to be hidden. Sure she benefits from it from time to time in her business but mostly she uses it to connect with her father. She shut most people out, tiptoes around everyone afraid she would accidentally responds to they thoughts out loud. And people would all run away from her. The only console she has is when she eats. And that’s where our ML comes in. Actor who plays ML portrays it well. His eyes reflects his passion and what he cherishes in life. The part where his thoughts are heard is not translated by Netflix intentionally. Because that’s how FL still able to keep him around, she doesn’t know what he thinks. At the end, the story will reveal what he thinks. I like the story better when actress who plays FM stops her frantic head jerking reaction. The story goes much better and their love is sweet. Also like how the story tells about the father daughter relation. It’s so touching.
