Cheri Rogers

Love this film. It is filled with such dry humor and is laced with such serious issues particularly those having to do with women's rights in society. The film has some loose ends but overall the actors were so much fun to see in action. The culture of China is so interesting to me--the people really do care about each other and it shows us the challenges that Chinese culture had with the different classes and levels of society. My dogs starting barking every time I laughed out loud--had some of the same characteristics as the Korean film 100 Days My Prince which had such fun humor along with serious issues. Thanks!
