I watched Lorraine today as she faced her fear of horses after 10 years since her accident.
Wow I was emotional as 9 years ago I too had a horse riding accident and although I still work with mine on the ground, I haven't mounted. I tried once but just backed out.
So well done Lorraine there is still hope for me and so proud of you. Well done xxx
