This book basically indicates us to not overlook mental health issues. Even though mental health can sound like a taboo to some of us, especially Indians we need to take care of our mental health as much as one is preached about their physical health. There is one person dying in every 3 minutes trying to fight mental health issues. But suicide shouldn't be the solution, but asking for help should be. A lot of people do not know how to ask for help or if they even need it. This book is a contribution to advocating about mental health and awareness around it. Mental health shouldn't be talked behind closed doors. It is nothing secretive, we all face problems regarding our mental health. This book encourages us to come out and fight our problems. This is one of those books which makes me hopeful that mental health must be a topic all should touch on instead of avoiding it.
