This is my favourite show from the FOX network and my favourite show overall! It’s a real shame that Disney bought FOX in 2019, so that means there won’t be a sequel, my favourite character is Selina Kyle AKA Catwoman (Camren Bicondova), she is also my favourite character overall in the DC universe. I loved everything about her storyline, her origins and her relationship with Bruce Wayne AKA Batman (David Mazous). The writing was amazing, storylines were epic and the acting was lovely! The only problem I had with this show was because the villains like Ra’s Al Ghul, Mr. Freeze, Firefly and The Joker were way too early to be in the series. I really did like Fish’s storyline throughout the show, but her death was just meh. The characters I hated were Silver St. Clown (Cloud, I did that on purpose), Sonny “Pizza” Gilzean, Renee Montoya and Crispus Allen. Reason being because Silver said a very hurtful thing to Selina (because she was jealous) and tried to steal Bruce from her (which obviously failed). Sonny because he spat on Bruce and I don’t really appreciate when someone spits on people or me. Montoya, because her selfishness and urgencies to want Barbara Kean back caused Jim and Barbara to split completely and Allen, uhm… Allen, because of Montoya. The saddest parts in Gotham was Selina’s backstory, Gertrude Cobblepot’s death, Tabitha Galavan’s death, Fish’s (FIRST) death, Butch Gilzean’s death, Ra’s Al Ghul causing all this just because he wants Bruce as his heir, Jerome’s relationship with his family, Jeremiah’s life getting ruined by his brother, Selina only being cared by, by Bruce, Essen’s death and Barbara Kean’s mind being manipulated by Shrek (The Ogre). I didn’t mention the Wayne murders is because I’ve seen it EVERY SINGLE TIME! This is why I love this show, they also have the best Poison Ivy, (FOX couldn’t name her Pamela Isley because of Copyright issues). This is literally the only media showing the origins of Gotham City and the Gothamites themselves, it’s a shame we are never getting a sequel, THANKS A LOT DISNEY, REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTING!
