The game is SO FUN. Imagine my heartbreak, even while using cloud saving, I lose two character game plays. Logged in and the game acted like this was my first time ever playing. I had 3 character files I actively played on. * I had a game going with my husband. * A game I started with my kids. * And my solo game. My solo game has HOURS, meticulously savings all the people I could save (good guys), completing all the quests. Then today, 1-28-24, my saves are gone. All except my file/character with my husband. I'm devastated, my kid's devastated... It sucks. Had cloud save on. Used both quick saves and manual saves. We've tried everything. Resync'ing. Deleting and removing. Don't buy until this bug is fixed. Protect ya heart man cause this is just devastating.
