Most Chefs have a personality that is somewhat dry. Guy is awesome! He is an original. I wouldn't doubt it if he ends up on Saturday Night Live. He can tell you how much honey and pepper you need to add to your BBQ sauce to keep your rib joint packed. Wish I had more friends like Guy he's Authentic as it gets!
