While intriguing for a few scenes in previous installments, the Quantum realm was far too abstract to carry an entire film. It felt clumsy and confusing to me. Also as one who loved the first two films for their humor and comedic flair, this film rarely produced more than a chuckle from me. Eliminating the X-Con characters from the film was a bad idea. For me Marvel films are as much comedies as they are action adventure films. This film makes me believe that the writers have been spoiled by recent success and have lost their motivation to, or possibly don't have the ability to create the same magic that was the phase 1-3 MCU.
