The recipes are usually straightforward, easy and mostly healthy for everyday meals, BUT why, oh why, do so many cooking shows think it's ok to 'pop into a 200 degree oven for just 30 minutes'? Seriously, in an age where we are all supposed to be more aware of energy usage, how can you justify this waste of electricity in preheating plus 'just 30 minutes' unless you are cooking in the middle of the day and have solar panels? Worse if your oven is gas! How about more recipes for people with microwaves or airfryers? It would be helpful too if they said which dishes can be frozen for meals at later date!
