Always do your own research and make your own health choices. There are absolutely no quick diets. Everything in a diet requires the same process. Eat less, healthier foods, smaller portions, and exercise. There are no easy answers. Just take responsibility for you and your choices. You can lose weight and feel healthy all without buying suppliments. Make your own broth, but your own better veggies and meat.
