It pretty good. Not perfect (most games aren't) but it's good. It's different. It provides a different experience than what we are used to. I was worried that the catching and battling was going to be terrible or bad but was surprised at how simple it was. Battling works very similar to classic Pokemon games. You can choose to run, items, attack or switch Pokemon as usual. Catching is very simple. If a Pokemon is not aggressive or irate, you simply aim and throw your PokeBall at it. If it keeps escaping, you can decide to battle it old the fashioned way by weakening it and then catching it. If a Pokemon is irate or aggressive, you won't be able to catch it without battling. Reason I give it 4 stars is because there are frequent framerate drops. The fps might drop to 15-20fps. While this doesn't always happen, it is noticable.
