This is a creepy, fascinating movie. One of my favorites. If we, and every other living creature, mutated out of control, this would be what it looked like. Beautiful and horrifying. I do wish it went a little further with what happens next. There weren't enough clues to keep your imagination spinning down possible futures.

Wow! A movie with Emma Stone and Mark Ruffalo! What could go wrong?!?!?! Everything. This movie was uncomfortably awful. I forced myself through about an hour and then left the theater. I'm sad that I have to give it a single star to write this.

I really enjoyed this movie. Nicolas Cage does a lot of these 'secret meaning' parts. He is perfect for it. I would have been a little happier if the lady who initially wrote the prophesies had been present at some point in the ending. Also, the final scene would have even been a little better with several pairs of children coming together from all directions. Overall though, it was a great edge of my seat time.
