It has about 90 minutes of filler where they rehash the plot lines. Major characters evidently need to tell anyone they haven't seen on-screen what their objectives and plans are, and it must be spared no attempt to edit down the bloated run-time.
Watch it at home, don't waste your time in a theater since you can do other things during the hour and a half of bloat the film didn't need is going on.
