Enjoyed it. Loved the film with Anne Hathaway and I thought the series had more time to expand on some details that are in the book which made it more entertaining and captivating. I thought Dex was beautifully cast and Leo Woodall is showing to be a very skilled actor. Unfortunately, even though Ambika Mod acts beautifully as well, I thought they shouldn't have cast her for this role. Understandably Em needs to be someone that Dex wouldn't normally go for but I think they took it too far and I think that, not in a million years, would Dex have gone for someone like this particular Em, regardless of her engaging personality and sense of humour. The chemistry between the main 2 characters was not at all there and because of this it spoiled it somewhat for me. This was a shame as the acting, the story, the music were tremendously good.
