Ewan is wonderful, superb acting as always. Beautiful score, direction, costume and set design (The hotel). A study in finding a way to still live your life no matter how far down you've been knocked and how willing people are to kick you there. A discussion could be had on the rights and wrongs in the verson of history presented, it certainly could another time. As presented, I love the way he shows what kind of a man he is...no matter the particulars of circumstances. Ewan is delightful, hard to see another actor playing all the complexities of this heart broken tortured man, insisting on retaining his soul.
