I listened to the audio book and it was fabulous. At the time, I was playing The Lady Augusta Bracknell in Oscar Wilde's The Important of being Earnest. Our director set the time, not in 1895 but mid 1920's (a la Downtown Abby).
Not only did the piece share the wonderful history of the house and the family, the British dialect on the audio book was FANTASTIC.
