Besides visual effects and the staggering amount of complete bull this movie has nothing to write home about. They have a side story that was completely unnecessary, and a main story that was completely unnecessary. They may have great graphics but all in all, I don’t care about how they’re almost out of energy every five minutes, or how the lady with pink hair who has a horrible plan and absolutely no character sacrifices herself. What I came to see was a new take on a classic not a classic desperately trying to be new by making the odds worse for the protagonists to an unrealistic extreme. Honestly is just made it seem cheap and to me as a viewer made me apathetic towards the characters.
