I love Death in Paradise and figured return would follow the predictable plot where the Inspector takes a few episodes to grow on you but this one just misses the mark. The weird crazy eyes and fake staring make the lead look too insane to have ever been engaged to the cute doctor, or anyone else. The supporting characters are good and deserve better. Sad to give it a thumbs down. 👎🏻
