Visually stunning and engaging story which uses the foundations (!) of Asimovs epic trilogy but does take liberties with the re-imagining of the story...so far they've been vindicated by the excellent results. It may upset purists who feel that the books should be faithfully translated on screen, but its fine by me...different media have different demands.

Gratuitous violence, weak plot and lame supernatural twist.
