Probably one of the best designed cook books I've ever seen. Beautiful pictures alongside every recipe, step by step instructions are clear (some with pictures as well), and pretty illustrations between chapters. I cannot wait to start baking these recipes!
Update:
I made the Pecan and Black Cardamom Sticky Buns today and absolutely love them! They are perfect for a dessert with coffee. Not too sweet, and a little earthy from the black cardamom. I had to get whole black cardamom and grind it, I used a good processor to finely chop the pecans, and I probably should've stuck the dough back in the freezer to maintain the structure, but they still turned out great! I went by the gram measurements.
