Overall I'd give this a 6/10, it's nothing special.
Campaign:
- Random bug's that need cleaning up, such as invisible allies during cut scenes, weapons randomly facing upwards when in combat, when riding the quadbikes your character model looks directly down at the floor not ahead, and sometimes there is no voice audio for cutscenes.
Audio generally is fantastic as usual. Explosions, gun shots, ambient sounds, it's an immersive game audibly.
The weapons overall can feel sluggish, like they're heavier that previous titles, although they do feel nice when you hit a target, and the way weapons are unlocked is quite slow, 2042 had a better system for this.
Multiplayer Maps are small, compared to every previous Battlefield title, they're crammed with debris, plants, cars, etc. There isn't any large scale conflict, such as Breakthrough maps in 2042, or Operations in Battlefield 1, a missed chance for (spoiler) the airfield from the campaign, which would of been a fantastic Breakthrough/ Operations multiplayer map.
Buildings can be destroyed in satisfying ways, this feels like where they've put more effort into.
For me it's missing something, maybe the large scale conflicts, maybe a more slow paced strategic gameplay, or maybe it's missing soul.
Currently it is has a flurry of players turning it into a face paced chaotic mess. Where I play and realise...I wasn't having fun in the multiplayer.
I've refunded the game, but I may return when everything stabilizes, bugs ironed out and weapons tuned away from the current meta.
