The first half of book seems a bit boring but the secon half more than makes up for it.

I enjoyed the book immensely! I found myself hooked from start to finish. However, as a murder mystery, I felt the killer's identity was a bit easier to predict than I usually prefer. Nonetheless, it's a thoroughly enjoyable and well-written book.
