Randomly found this series as I wanted something easy to watch and binge watched it. I definitely know that Maurice has the best lines generally 😄🤣😆 He is hilarious. They took time with his and he is the comedy value for sure. I also loved Danny's character with her being very abrasive and so fun at the same time but her being vulnerable was nice to see.. The acting isn't all that with some of the characters but some of the one-on-one conversations are quite thought provoking and some of them I could relate to. They touched on different types of relationships, insecurities, friendship, prejudice, power struggles at work and between men and women, mixed relationships, abuse, dependency, self esteem issues, wanting to find compatible partners or what that even means etc There are definitely a lot of stereotypes about black women and how they are potrayed which is annoying but it's expected with Mr Perry. Some scenes or storylines are dragged out but it is what it is. If you can't stand the bad acting don't watch it...lol
