Never felt so seen. (subtle spoilers ahead!)
Binged watched the whole thing in a day. It was worth every second of it. The cinematics of this show is incredible.
Steve Yeun honestly is a magnificent actor, he brought us on a journey of how heavy the burden is to be the eldest child and carry that shit when we grow up. You can really feel that he has not grown up and has not dealt with his own traumas (like the rest of us) that escalated in a series of entangled events. Ali Wong is phenomenal, though the only thing is that her acting kinda felt the same as the Always Be My Maybe vibe, nonetheless, she brought Amy to be relatable to our own sufferings.
Overall, the show was wonderfully paced, always wanting for some more. The characters for me, resonated with me really well. And the actors has executed their roles really well. It pulled me in every second. It was amazing. Truly recommending this show to my unhealed (and on the roar to healing journey) millenials, like myself.
