The director got completely obsessed with blood and film grading from Hollywood action films. A protagonist was introduced in the film just to drive the story and screenplay forward — to save his family, friends, or even strangers for a cause. But in Marco, he’s only there to light a cigar, drive expensive vehicles, wear a suit, and show off a hard body, all just to stage action sequences.
In the climax, kids, the family, and every character trust the protagonist — but he ends up leaving everyone to be killed by a maniac. These are the kinds of films that inspire real-life maniacs to become more merciless, even using household objects as weapons against innocent, selfless kids. This film is just so annoying — a complete waste of people’s time, money, and emotional energy.
And now this director is being promoted to make a film in Bollywood as well? You people are creating real-life maniacs! Films are supposed to spread awareness and contribute positively to society, not just entertain with senseless killing.
Marco is a shit movie.
