This is not a bbq competition. A bad slaw shouldn’t determine if you win or loose. Your smoke/smoker skills should. Not to mention Melissa Cookston ruins the show for me. Her severely condescending attitude and snide little insults just kill the vibe. A bbq competition should be fun with some S talking and low and slow smokes.
