This is the worst Star Wars show I've ever watched - and I've given up after episode 5 which was the worst episode of the first 5. It's far more entertaining watching the youtube reviews that are rightly trashing the show. The characters are 2 dimensional and there's not a jot of intelligence between the lot. It's stupid programming that only stupid people would enjoy. What I've read about review bombing is true - there are people out there rating this show a 10 - suggesting this is the best that Star Wars has offered to date. You can see which reviews are from Review Bombers as all the high ratings are from accounts on IMDB that have only just been created and the only shows these accounts have reviewed have been the Acolyte. The press must be getting paid by Disney to put out positive reviews too - because the show is dire trash. This is the only show I haven't liked so far in the Star Wars world and far from this being a review bomb - I'm just a true Star Wars fan that is upset by this rubbish. I've paused my Disney Plus subscription until the next show comes out. I won't ever watch any more of The Acolyte.
