Beautifully scripted with humorous, touching acting and life situations most of us can relate to. The perfect accompaniment to wine and popcorn. Wouldn’t surprise me to see Bill Murray in the nominations for best supporting male actor when the gongs gets dished out. Evergreen!

I really wanted to like this, not least given all the hype and the fact that, at last, I was back in my beloved local cinema. Unfortunately, this film is preposterous, self indulgent and bewildering in the extreme. Still, at least I was reunited with the Big Screen and popcorn. Hats off to everyone involved for at least giving us a reason to return!
