Review: After a long time watched a very nice Kannada movie which is full of Proverbs (ಗಾದೆಗಳು) & Rhyming words (ಪ್ರಾಸ ಪದಗಳು), got recollected all my school/collage days… Movie Name : Maavu Bevu (ಮಾವು ಬೇವು) Maavu - Means sour (ಹುಳಿ) Bevu - Means Bitter (ಕಹಿ) Songs : All the Songs in the movie is very meaningful and it balances well to the situation. The songs was sung by our Legendary Late SPB sir, and the lyrics by one more Legendary Late C Ashwath sir. It’s a mind blowing combination. Direction and Script : As I earlier said the that the movie has lot of Proverbs and it’s been mingled well to the situation and other Proverbs.. excellent work in this mingling the proverbs, hats off sir. Direction takes us to the culture difference between and city and a village culture. It’s a story line of a Husband & Wife in there real life how the obstacles are fought and the battles are won. A good information message to all the couples to know how to judge there life in making a right decision. As a wrong decision leads to end there life. Don’t miss the last 15 mins, which gives a more clarity on the script. Overall a very good movie, advice all the couples to watch this movie
