I read this book as a child and it is excellent ! I grew up with a Cocker Spaniel as my childhood dog so this book meant a lot to me . Spooky looked a lot like the title character. I would highly reccommend this book !

I thought it was a really great story about how all kids mainly want is for someone to care how they feel and what they think and to truly enjoy spending time with them 💗
