Good cast and story lines. Bits of mystery in procedural.

Practical, old-school, great characters, well written, it misses the potholes of procedural cliches. I watch over often.

Great characters, but the storyline is all over the place. It seems like a series of loosely connected scenes then an organic story. By the end of the night, it's lost its strength.
