This review has inspired me and given me UNBELIEVABLE confidence in myself again !this wonderfully created Ssries is soooo true to life and is full of life’s mistakes and comebacks and I am only on Series 4! I used to mope about all day overthinking everything until I stumbled upon this life hanging series ! Within one month I am working out everyday on an app I downloaded I am eating better I am happier in myself and I have gained a little confidence back which is life hanging for not just me but my family ! It is simply a must watch!!!!
