This show is heart-rending. It is the story of a 12 year old boy and his family and friends facing trauma in many forms and levels. It seems all is stacked against them, yet through the enduring spirit of family, each triumphs in the end. I loved it.all of the actors are terrific, but the boy playing young Eli is amazing.
