Detailed review Su from So
KFI badly needed such a movie, a movie that can bring youth and family audiences together to theatres. Believe me this movie will revive SINGLE SCREENS of Karnataka.
First things first @sumedhk119 are you really 20 years old, how can someone be sooo talented at such a young age, swearr to god, all I wanted is to go in front of the screen and dance in theatre. Ig so many might've felt it tooo, you've produced GOD LEVEL MUSIC AND BGM BROO, THAT WAS SOUL THROUGH OUT THE MOVIE.
Every single person in the movie is a lead actor, every character endowed with their own weightage, AND ALL OF THEM HAVE NAILED THEIR PERFORMANCES. Ravi anna, Bhava, Swamiji, Ashoka, Ravi Anna's right hand were at their peak. And small performances like that blind man, Ashok's sister performance when she gets scared are the ones that'll stay with the audience.
DOP and camera angles are just tooo good man, you've managed to scare the audiences just by that in many instances throughout the movie.
@rajbshetty you're a gift to KFI and cinephiles. You once again' proved that content is the Ultimate King for the audience, the whole movie is just shot in 2 villages, no big budget, no high profile cast/star studded (cast only to use them to bring audience to theatre), no modern day gimmicks (uk what).
SIMPLE, BRILLIANT, ELEGANT & A PERFECT EXECUTION.
And yesss, you certainly can't miss the messages that the movie wanted to convey (obv when @rajbshetty is in it):
The superstitious beliefs that can easily be used to fool the masses, the hollowness of self proclaimed god men.
The Cycle of Eve Teasing & how it is generalised as normal practice today.
Alcohol based domestic violence (to which a lot of women in Village areas are still subjected to)
The crimes dictated by high consumption of p***ography in the present age
And yesss the complete change of Character Ashoka, proves that the good and bad in kaliyuga resides in the same person and its on us to choose what to become.
