Predictable, and really unsure writing. I am not sure how it is possible for the lead characters to be at so extreme ends of the emotional spectrum for most of the movie. It seems there was just not enough there for the audience to connect with so the writers just threw in one extreme after another just to cover all bases rather than giving thier characters some kind of deeper personality that may seem appealing to a viewer. It's all over the place and does not really have anything new to offer. Similar stories have been done better in other movies, no new ground is being broken and the payoff in the end is just not worth the time invested for those who stuck around till the end. I would say this is a hard pass.
