This is a weak followup to an amazing first flick (Gladiator). Predictable with few characters you want to root for. The ‘Prince’ was a warrior, nothing else. The twin emperors was a ridiculous concept and I couldn’t wait for them to meet their demise. Denzel seemed out of place and so did his character.

What an embarrassment for Disney. The Star Wars franchise is one of the most valuable franchises in history and they risk the alienation of many devoted Star Wars fans. Well done Disney! Not even the ‘Force’ or a ‘pulling of the string’ ??? Can save this series. Anyway, let’s hope some of Disneys so-called ‘Execs’ reads reviews and can get the Star Wars franchise back on track with the next series.

Plodding, slow and, disjointed. You would never know Napoleon was a brilliant military tactician based on this movie. Shows his insecurities and rough demeanor. Too many scenes of awkward silence between him and his wife. Maybe dialogue is overrated these days.
