Rosé just doesn’t write music, she writes stories. Every song has something different to tell. 'number one girl' talks about her feelings toward fans behaviour, ‘drinks or coffee’ is about she felt when she met someone cute, ‘too bad for us’ is about them giving in to the world, ‘game boy’ is about her realising the kind of person he actually is, ‘not the same’ is her accepting that they’re not meant and ‘dance all night’ is about her healing. such an insightful album about her feelings toward certain things in life. and the vocal performance was crazy! I'd very much like to hear these songs live. the whole album is filled with bops! loved it!
