I was hooked on the show from the start and really enjoyed the parts played by Jason Watkins and Robson Greene with the latter in particular cutting a dashing, if intimidating part as the suspected villain. The story started well but quickly lapse into the realms of fantasy with so many unlikely scenarios bordering on ridiculous. Unfortunately as with a lot of these dramas the ending was very disappointing. I don’t understand how writers can come up with great storylines but don’t know how to end things satisfactorily. Have they left it open for a second series? If so I will avoid it.

Terrible film. Could not work out what the hell was going on, very disjointed and full of poorly executed cliches. Will not waste another 3 1/2 hours on the next part. Do yourself a favour watch Open Range instead.
