I really enjoyed this movie. I didn't like how it follows Hollywoods quest to make all males jerks or incompetent. Only exception is if the guy is gay then he can be good guy. Just about every women in the show is strong and or intelligent. The only guy that is shown favorably is the guy she goes on a date and ditches and he still falls into the incompetent Category as he orders a girly drink by mistake and is razzed by the protagonist. The movie made me think of our current dating world and the difficulty that both sexs encounter. Dennis (the guy) is a real jerk and it is difficult to feel sympathy for him as he is unredeemable. However he does bring up interesting points about what do you do if your not a IV grad, 6ft tall with a 6 pack and have 6 digit salary. Are you suppose to work at that until you get it all. And what if your 5 ft 4 are you suppose die alone in your parents basement? The reality is women date up and there is only 3 percent of the male population that is 6ft , 6 pack, 6 figure salary. And the majority of these guys dont want to settle. Why would they? They are tall good looking and rich and 90 percent of women are chasing them.
