Why make a TV series from a book that had great ideas but then change it completely and suck absolutely everything from it. The books were brilliant with so much humour from the feisty main character but the TV series shows her as a complete drip who takes so long to answer anything and just stands looking gormless. It's really frustrating when the books were the reason I (and no doubt many others) watched it.
