Unfortunately agree with others about this work; feels convoluted, messy. I will say there are interesting gambits made, enjoyed those. I think it lost me in the construction of the writing. I had to force myself to continue reading, like a text book. But I’ve always admired Malcolm Gladwell and appreciate the work into the book.
