oh man... i was not expecting this. i was not ready. i'm a mess right now, thanks to this wonderful minefield of human emotions, wrapped in the chaotic taste-driven, rage-inducing world of the restaurant. having worked inside of that world for over 20 years, i will say that most of the finer details they got so. very. right. . . every character in this fulFILLs their role, and embodies a kin to me. i am charmed and enticed, and can not wait to see more. (PLEASE, oh please, Hulu Gods, let there be more then just these 8 episodes!?!)
