BEWARE! The book itself is a great read and an eye-opener. The material is easy to follow and makes sense. I enjoyed reading the book and have started following its concepts. Now, they sell their own brand of fiber and protein shakes. Both of them have a fine print indicating products contain LEAD - a cancer-causing agent! I bought these two products and am returning them for a refund. Any amount of lead is too much! I am very surprises and disappointed that authors who promote a healthy gut diet participate in the production and sale of products that contain LEAD.
