I've never written a movie review before but because this was so dissatisfying and frustrating I felt the need to review this. The acting and plot setup made it seem like a solid production at first. It spends the first two thirds of the film building up the main character as a terrible immoral abusive con artist woman with no redeeming qualities. I found the black comedy funny because I expected that this terrible greedy individual would get what was coming to her. Once the mafia get involved and she doesn't take their threats seriously, you think and hope and TRUST that the film is finally going to give her what she deserves, but all of a sudden, the tone of the movie changes and literally expects you to root for this terrible evil monstrosity of a woman and it continues like this for the last 40 minutes all the way until the end. She even survives being drowned in a car at the bottom of a lake by kicking the windshield and swimming to the surface. The writers wanted us to be relieved that she made it out, for some reason! There is no justice whatsoever until the very last minute, too little too late--after the whole film has already been ruined. Do not waste your time on this. If you read my review don't say no one warned you.
