So looking forward to this latest novel…..-Unfortunately a chore to read; a couple hundred pages in & I kept hoping for clarity in characters ,cohesiveness in plot ….I slogged through it as I am not one to leave something unfinished once started.How many months( years??) did we wait for this latest in her series?Up to this recent publication she was by far one of my favourite writers; sorely disappointed.The sheer physical weight of it alone would make it a suitable doorstop!
