It was entertaining, the actors did well and the visuals were fantasic but overall, it's the same plot as the first film with some tweaks. I had high hopes but it definitely didn't meet my expectations of the film. The ending is anticlimatic, lacks story telling, and it pales in comparison to the first. I wouldn't waste the money to watch it in theaters. I would wait till it's on a streaming service. Like I said, it was entertaining. I wasn't bored in the theatre however compared to this OG it just isn't good.
