If I’m being honest I thought this movie was so underwhelming. Yes it’s some nice back story on a few characters but it just felt so cheesy. Really basic romance plot line that was not hard hitting whatsoever. (Trying to be vague not to spoil) my friends and I all thought if the fight animations weren’t included this movie would have felt like a waste of time. As far as anime movies I’ve seen I thought Mugen train blows this out of the water by a lot. Surprised to see so many people loved it, I think the individual episodes are way better than this movie 6.5/10. Animation saved it.
