Full of magic, danger, and feelings!
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was a rollercoaster. Honestly, I loved how exciting and dramatic everything was. Things started off fun, but got dark really fast — and that made it one of the most unforgettable parts so far.
The Quidditch World Cup was sooo cool — fast-paced, magical, and just epic to watch. But right after, the Death Eaters attacked, and the Dark Mark appeared in the sky. That was the first time I saw them, and I got really scared for Harry. You could feel that something big and dangerous was coming.
Then… boom! Harry’s name came out of the Goblet. He didn’t even enter! I remember seeing someone sneaky close the door to the hall, and I thought it was Sirius at first — but it was Barty Crouch Jr. all along 😳 Still, I wasn’t worried. Harry’s always been brave and smart, and I knew he’d handle whatever came next.
The Triwizard tasks were insane. The dragon fight? ICONIC. Harry flying around on his broom while everyone cheered — I was screaming inside. The lake task was intense too. The mermaids were creepy, but Harry being Harry, he didn’t just save Ron — he also saved Fleur’s sister, even though it wasn’t required. Risky? Yeah. Brave? 100%.
Now… the Yule Ball. Eh, not my favorite. It kind of messed up the trio’s vibe. Hermione looked beautiful (she was glowing), but the drama with her and Ron felt unnecessary. I don’t really ship them, to be honest — I always felt like Harry and Hermione made more sense. Plus, they were still kids. Why rush romance?
Anyway, back to the action — the maze was creepy and twisted. I liked how Harry and Cedric helped each other and decided to win together. But then… heartbreak. Cedric’s death came out of nowhere, and I couldn’t believe it. It hurt even more because he was kind. And Voldemort coming back in that graveyard scene? Terrifying. Seeing Harry hurt like that, surrounded by Death Eaters and then spirits of his parents — it broke me. But also… it showed how strong he really is.
When Harry brought Cedric’s body back, I felt like crying. It was such a heavy moment. The twist with Barty Crouch Jr. being Moody the whole time was crazy, but I felt safe again once Dumbledore stepped in and stood by Harry.
This movie really teaches you a lot — about bravery, friendship, teamwork, and never giving up, even when the whole world feels like it’s against you. My favorite part? That emotional hug between Hermione and Harry. She was so scared for him, and it showed how deep their bond is. The trio went through a lot, but I love them more than ever.
Definitely recommending this one — it’s deep, magical, emotional, and just powerful. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and you’ll think.
🔸 Quick heads-up to my fellow Muslims:
The movie includes magic, music, Christmas themes, and girls without hijab. Since it’s made by non-Muslims, some ideas reflect their culture and beliefs. Just watch it with awareness and hold on to your own values.
