I did find it fascinating when it first started, but watching it and listen to the EVP’s I don’t think it is saying what these guys are saying it is, it is seeming more staged the more the series carries on and although I believe chip is a genuine psychic I think they are telling him the stuff before he actually arrives, with their mannerisms and how they react.
