Shanika Keiffer:regarding Black Child of West Virginia. My name is Elvis Buckland Shanika Buckland/Keiffer's first husband that was mentioned in the book of lies.We had 2 children together at the time I was in a rehab to get my life back on track that's when Shanika was pregnant with our first child Elvis Jr.see in rehab if you don't know have to attend classes,groups and meetings all the time.Shanika unlike me was still partying drinking doing her.one day after E.J. was born had this idea to go to Virginia,Fairfax County to see the president to talk to him about her children being took from her.now I can't say anything on how her children she had before mine was took but I sure can say how the 2 we had together was taken.Back to the visit with the president in Virginia,someone at a motel she was staying at seen how drunk and messed up she was with a new born called child protective services on her and removed our son from her.C.P.S.of Virginia was able to locate me and contact me regarding E.J.asked me was I swear of the location of my son I said no far as I knew was with his mother.Thats when I was told he was in cps custody and was told why.now I'm in rehab can't go anywhere without there permission to try to get EJ back.I kept in contact with cps they kept me updated on everything.About a week or so later I was contacted by Fairfax Virginia cps on EJ asking me if I could attend a hearing regarding his placement for the time being.I explained to them my situation and they said the matter at hand is highly serious that they needed me to attend the hearing so they arranged a flight from Yeager Airport in Charleston west virgina to Fairfax Virginia to attend the hearing.thats were I would be meet up with a social worker to take me to the courthouse.during that hearing Shanika never showed up,nothing from her remind you this was a placement hearing for our son and do to my circumstances I was going to be able to get EJ.so he was placed in states custody until further notice.Time went on I got sent back to prison to discharge my sentence and lost all contact with shanika.over a year passed I was released and reconnected with Shanika and she got pregnant with our 2nd child.I couldn't tell you anything about her because Shanika didn't tell me she was pregnant I didn't know until cps in west virgina contact me to inform me that our daughter was in there custody.Shanika and I were on and off at the time so I was sceptical on the child being mine so I had DNA done and it came back that she was 99.999 mine.Now in the state of West Virginia if your parental rights was took from a previous child you will never have the rights for future children so once our daughter was born cps was there to take her away from Shanika.The moral of the story is Shanika was the reason for her children being in states custody not the state.The book is based on lies and using it to exploit people.people that doesnt know her,well I do and she's a scammer.
